Typical Room Arrangements
The standard set-up of the room is classroom style with a maximum capacity of 60 people at the tables. Below are a few recommended set-ups for the room, but we will try to accommodate any requests for different arrangements.
BANQUET STYLE The Banquet style arrangement can seat up to 80 people. Two tables are pushed together and 8 people can sit around one table. |

SQUARE The square set-up can seat 40 individuals comfortably. Seating can be add for another 15 individuals, but seating does get tight. |

U-SHAPE A maximum of 40 people can fit around a U-shaped set-up, however it does make seating tight. This set-up is best suited for 34 or less individuals. |

Diamond Shape 52 people can fit comfortably in this classroom style variation. |

Two Break-out Room The two break-out rooms can hold up to 15 people each but the number of occupants goes down for each table also in the room. |

Additional Set-ups not pictured:
Theater Style - In this set-up, there are no tables present, only chairs. This set-up can accommodate 100 people comfortably.
Three Small Square Set-ups - In this set-up, the tables are arranged into 3 smaller squares consisting of 6 tables. 12 individuals can sit around each square. The total seating for this style is 36 individuals.
