MCCD Site Stewards
Trained, knowledgeable MCCD volunteers referred to as Site Stewards are a valuable asset to the District’s Natural Areas Management team. These volunteers manage many of the restoration tasks at a variety of the District's beautiful sites and encourage others to come join them for scheduled workdays. Join our District Site Stewards for a walk on the wild side of MCCD as they work to restore the natural communities. Activity at workdays typically involves clearing brush, removal of non-native species and invasive species, planting and seed collection.
