The Foundation was established to promote the goals and objectives of the McHenry County Conservation District, including land protection, management, conservation education, and research.

You and your community benefit from open space – the prairies, woodlands, wetlands and other unspoiled natural areas of McHenry County. Help secure, protect and manage these area for future generations. Quality of life, property values, air and water quality, and the beauty and wonder of nature will continue to be a part of our community through your generous support of the McHenry County Conservation Foundation.

MCCF programs include grant support for MCCD and other conservation groups, fundraising and membership development.
