If you already have an account, click on the Open Your Account Button and you will be redirected to Activitek but choose the Log In option on the lower left hand side.
NOTE: Once you create your account, our office will need to confirm your residency in McHenry County. New accounts are monitored daily during the business week. If you create your account after 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday, you will not be able to register until after 9 a.m. the next business day. This does not apply to camping and shelter reservations - you may make those as soon as your account is created.
Household accounts should include only immediate family members and adults should be the parent or legal guardian of any minors within the account. All others should establish a separate account.
Campers: review these special instructions before making your reservation.
Step 1: ENTER YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:
• Family Name – TYPE IN LAST NAME
• Birth Date – Format MM-DD-YYYY
• Expiration – LEAVE BLANK
• Family Role – CHOOSE ONE (if you will be registering your child as well, choose either Father/Mother/Guardian/Grandfather/Grandmother.)
• Participant File – DO NOT LEAVE BLANK - These three questions must be answered.
If you want to add another family member, choose the Add Another Member button, if not, click Next.
Step 2: ENTER ADDRESS, PHONE & E-MAIL If you entered family members who live at different addresses/phone numbers, enter their information as well.
• Category – CHOOSE ONE
• Street Number – ENTER JUST THE NUMBER (example – if my address was 555 Main St, I would enter 555)
• Street – ENTER JUST THE NAME OF THE STREET (example - Main)
• Street Type – CLICK ON DROP DOWN and choose
• Phone – 1st one entered is your MAIN CONTACT NUMBER
The next two are EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBERS – DO NOT change the phone number "type" – just leave it as emergency, but they can't be left blank. If you choose, in the comments section you can list the contact and what type of number it is (cell, home, etc). You may also add additional phone numbers if you wish.
• Category – CHOOSE A CATEGOROY FOR YOUR E-MAIL
Step 3: CHOOSE YOUR USER NAME and PASSWORD
Step 4: LOGIN USING YOUR USER NAME and PASSWORD
Step 5: CLICK HOME in the left hand corner of the screen.
STEP 6: CLICK LOGIN
STEP 7: REGISTER FOR YOUR PROGRAM OR MAKE YOUR RESERVATION programs are under Activities and reservations are under Reservations
