Accessibility Grievance Process: McHenry County Conservation District is a public entity defined under Title II of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) which prohibits the District from discriminating against qualified individuals with disabilities in all of its programs, activities and services. The McHenry County Conservation District is committed to complying with all applicable provisions of Title II as well as all other federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to persons with disabilities.
Any person or authorized representative who believes the McHenry County Conservation District has discriminated against them based on their disability by denying access to its programs and services, may file a formal grievance with the McHenry County Conservation District’s ADA Compliance Officer.

Said grievance shall specify the following:
- The complainant’s name and phone number.
- The relationship of the complainant to the District.
- The basis of the complaint
- The provision of the American with Disabilities Act and implementing regulations allegedly violated by the District.
- The date of the alleged violations.
- The remedy or relief sought.
